Sinigang na Bangus (Milk fish)
Ingredients:
1.) Bangus- cleaned and sliced into serving pieces
2.) Kangkong leaves (Pechay, etc)
3.) Tomato-quartered
4.) Ginger-sliced
5.) Onion
6.) Sinigang mix
7.) Water
8.) seasoning
Procedure:
Bring water to boil together with onion, ginger, and tomato. After 5 minutes, add Bangus and simmer for 10 mins. Add sinigang mix and salt to taste. Lastly add kangkong leaves. Leave for 2 mins.Serve hot.

Ingredients:
1.) Shrimp
2.) Soy sauce
3.) Vinegar
4.) spices
5.) Water
Procedure:
Add all ingredients. Cook for 15 mins.. Serve hot.

Ampalaya con Itlog
Ingredients:
1.) Ampalaya
2.) egg
3.) water
4.) Spices
Procedure:
Heat frying fan, Saute onion, then garlic then the ampalaya and the spices. Add small amount of water. Leave for few minutes. Add egg. Mixed.
Done. Serve hot!!!

PANCIT BIJON RECIPE
Ingredients:
1.) oil
2.) onion, garlic
3.) vinegar
4.) salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate
5.) soy sauce
6.) Bihon
7.) vegetables (Chinese Pichay, cabbage, any..)
8.) water
9.) chicken
Procedure:
Cook first chicken (could make chicken Adobo). Mix chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, monosodium glutamate..(mix according to your taste)..separate ..
Heat frying pan, put oil. Saute onion, then garlic then the Adobo, add water then put ingredients again (estimate). Boil in 5 min (depends), add bihon, and mixed with vegetables.
Done. Serve hot!!!

Heat the pan in low fire.put the cooking oil.then pour the condensed milk and stir untill thickened. let it cool.mix with white sugar.shape.

Maja Blanca Recipe
Ingredients:
1.)1/2 cup cornstarch
2.)1/2 cup sugar
3.)1/4 cup water
4.)2 cups coconut milk
5.)3 cups grated coconut
Procedures:
Mix cornstarch and sugar in a bowl. Add water and stir. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil and gradually stir in cornstarch mixture. Boil for 5 minutes, until the starch is cooked. Pour into a pan and let cool. Spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast at 350 F until brown.Sprinkle with grated coconut.
Ready to serve.

Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1.)1 can of fruit cocktail (drained)
2.)1 can of condensed milk
3.)1 pint of cream.
4.)buko (young shredded coconut)
5.)kaong
6.)nata de coco
7.)langka (jackfruit)
8.)Corn
Procedure:
Just add them all. Can also freeze it to make it thicker.
